Welcome to the Woodlands of Franklin Homeowner's Association

The Woodlands of Franklin HOA is comprised of the owners of 84 lots located within our boundaries. Board members are elected at the annual meeting scheduled for the first Tuesday of March. Board members serve 3-year terms. The elected board members are in charge of HOA issues related to common area landscaping and maintenance, snow removal on the sidewalk along Rawson Avenue, collection of annual assessments, insurance of common areas, and enforcement of the HOA Covenants and Restrictions.
